Happy Wax Reviews

Well... I’ve ordered from Happy Wax a few times now, and I’d say it’s a solid deal for the price. The scents usually last a decent amount of time, and while it’s not absolutely perfect, I’ve been happy with what I’ve gotten so far.

I really liked the smell of the product, so no complaints there. The annoying part was the subscription/billing side of things. I had to reach out to support, and they basically said something like, “we can help adjust it” and “billing renews automatically,” which was fine, but it still felt like more back-and-forth than I expected. Good product overall, just wish managing the subscription was smoother...

These wax melts smell really nice, and cleanup was way easier than I expected. After it cooled for maybe 20 minutes or so, I just popped it right out with no mess. I’m taking off one star because shipping took a little longer than expected, around a few extra days.

I was a little worried it might take a while to get here, so I kept checking for updates just to make sure everything was moving along. But my order showed up in about two days, which was such a relief. Really happy with how quick the shipping was.

I really like that there’s no open flame, especially with kids running around the house. It gives me a bit more peace of mind, but still has that nice, cozy scent you’d want from a candle. it feels like a safer and more practical choice for everyday use.

I was in a bit of a rush when I opened my order, but I noticed one of the scents was wrong. Everything else seemed fine though, so not a huge deal

I’ve ordered from Happy Wax twice now, and both times the delivery came right when they said it would. You don’t have to chase anything down or deal with random delays, which is always nice. Just a smooth, easy experience overall.

I tried it and it didn’t feel very clean to me?? The ingredients just came across kind of cheap, so I wasn’t super impressed.

I was surprised by how strong this is. The smell actually fills the whole room without needing much at all. GREAT scent throw!

Happy Wax has a great variety of scents. I didn’t love every single one, but I also don’t think you won’t find a few you really like. It’s kind of fun testing out different ones and seeing what works best.

I can usually find what I’m looking for here. The stuff I need is almost always in stock. Makes shopping easy.

The return process was decent overall, although I also kind of found it frustrating. My refund took longer than I expected, which was annoying, but customer support did get back to me when I reached out. So I can’t really say it was a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it smooth either. It worked out in the end, just not as quickly as I hoped.

I’ve tried a few melts from Happy Wax now, and most of the scents are close to the descriptions. The bakery ones are my favorite so far, especially the vanilla and cookie-type scents because they smell really true to life. One of the fruity ones was a little lighter than I expected, but it was still pleasant. Small win for me: my kitchen smelled like I had actually baked something, even though I absolutely did not. Overall, I’m happy with them and just wish a couple of the lighter scents were a bit stronger.

I did ask support a quick question once, and their reply was basically like, “shipping times can vary a bit, but you’ll get tracking once it’s on the way,” which was helpful enough. Shipping was normal for me, and overall I didn’t feel like I got ripped off, so I’m happy with what I paid.

I had to email them about my order, and it took a little longer than I was hoping to get a response. I’ve dealt with a few companies like this before, so it wasn’t a huge surprise, but I did have to send one follow-up. They were polite when they finally got back to me, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, just kind of average overall

i picked up some Happy Wax stuff as a gift for my sister. the packaging was really cute and made it super easy to wrap, which i liked. the scents were decent, but a couple were stronger than i expected. it’s a nice little gift idea, but i’m not totally sure i’d spend extra on it again.

I picked up a Happy Wax warmer a few weeks ago, and I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting to be all that impressed. But it actually works really well. It heats up quickly, melts the wax evenly, and I haven’t noticed any weird burnt smell or anything like that.

I also like that I can leave it on while I’m around the house without feeling like it’s getting way too hot. Cleaning it is easier than I thought it would be too, which is annoying because now I kind of have to admit I’m really happy with it so far.

I really liked the Happy Wax warmer when I first got it. It looked cute sitting out, and it melted the wax just fine at the beginning. But after a few months, the heat seemed to get weaker, and sometimes you’re sitting there waiting forever for the wax to fully melt.

It does still work, so I can’t say it’s totally bad, but it’s definitely not working like it did when it was new. For the price, you kind of expect it to last a little better. I don’t hate it, but I’m not sure I’d buy the same one again.
